Head of Workplace – Global FM Provider – £100,000-120,000
Our client who are a large global FM service provider are looking for an experienced head of workplace to deliver all FM services, across all accounts. Most services are self-delivered with specialist services sub-contracted. The core of the portfolio is London and Europe. You will be based in London and happy to travel when the business demands.
The Role:
- Ensure execution and compliance of contractual deliverables, providing an exceptional curated guest, client and colleague experience, implementing and driving, among other things, Touchpoints, Team Board and Service with a Human Touch.
- Drive Client experience standards by supporting and sustaining Operational excellence.
- Identify, negotiate and lead new business opportunities to enhance delivery of the curated experience
- Align with global account program delivery to ensure consistency and support for corporate objectives.
- Use operational knowledge of the facility to provide swift resolution to any challenges or issues experienced by employees and/or guests.
- Project management and supplier management skills
- Proposition, marketing and sales experience is key
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to prepare budget and forecast, monitor and ensure budgetary requirements are met, incl. financial analysis and reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management and communication skills
- Exceptional planning, organizing and analytical skills
