Medium sized cleaning/soft services business is seeking an experienced soft services BDM to further develop the cleaning and security offering UK wide.
The main duties will include;
Role details:
Working with clients to develop tailored solutions across soft services including catering, cleaning and security
Developing solutions across range of sectors including manufacturing, retail, local authority and blue chip corporates.
Devising list of target clients and developing a sales plan
Conducting site visitors and attending client meetings and pitches
Writing the bids using bid library and complete PQQ's and RFI's
Work to annual targets and budgets
Keep up to date on market developments and attend relevant sector events
Requirements:
You will have a proven track record in business development and creating bids across the soft services FM sectors either across public or private sector contracts. Experience of working on a wide range of bid levels would also be an advantage as would the ability to work UK wide where required.
