Our Client:
Prestigious life sciences client is looking for an experienced hard services FM professional to lead a large site in the northern home counties. Key responsibilities will include;
Role details:
Delivery of planned and reactive maintenance and some soft services for the site
Management of the strategic and operational annual plan for the site
Leading a team of engineers and other related staff including development and performance management
Day to day budget management including variable works
Coordination of extra project works for the site
Ensuring that all regulatory compliance is adhered to including GMP/GXP
Supply chain procurement and management on a monthly basis
Building key internal and external relationships
Requirements:
You will have a proven track record in delivering engineering services across a large complex site.
IOSH/NEBOSH would be an advantage as would a related engineering qualification.
Good knowledge of a regulated environment including knowledge of GMP/GXP is also essential for this role.
