We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SPV professional to join a new property infrastructure business as the Operations Manager for PFI Hard Services contracts within healthcare. Being based in the Piccadilly area will be highly beneficial to yourself.
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the manage the operational performance of the three London LIFTCos, responsible for compliance with day to day provisions of Project Cos’ operational obligations contained within the specific project documentation.
The role:
- Development of the Project Documents to the Service Provider Agreements
- Report building
- Building and sustaining excellent professional relationships with the Hard FM Service Provider.
- Monitoring and reporting of each Project Cos contractual compliance with the Project Documentation, including the Management Services Agreements, Project Agreements and Lending Agreements in all matters relating to operational delivery.
- Implementing a vigorous monitoring system
- Provide leadership for the provider
- Fully communicate and be directed by the Strategic Asset Manager in relation to any work associated with achieving the lifecycle strategies.
- Regularly report to the Strategic Asset Manager any performance issues from the Hard FM Service Provider and any failed contractual KPI’s complete with recommendations to deliver improvement.
- Ensure robust project management of Project Co variations and any capital works for the non-LIFT estate

The Candidate:
- Experience working within PFI / PPP projects in a similar environment, ideally within an SPV
- Experience implementing, monitoring and updating systems and processes to monitor Hard FM Services to ensure compliance with contractual documents
- Degree educated in a building or commercially related discipline.
- Hold a professional membership, such as BIFM, APM, RICS or similar.
- Completion of IOSH training.
- Completion of project management training
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to build good open and honest relationships with key stakeholders
- Commercially and financially strong
- Demonstrate strong leadership and experience of managing managers
- Thorough understanding of building services compliance requirements
- Good technical report writing skills
- Lives in or around the Central London area, or able to commute daily to the area
