Business Development Manager - Construction

£35,000 - £60,000 dependent on relevant experience (OTE additional 20% of salary)

Growing company is looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing business selling a service to the construction and demolition sector across Scotland.
The ideal person will have previous experience of selling either product or services into the construction or demolition industry, with great interpersonal skills and the ability to develop great relationships, which will convert into sales.
You will be responsible for generating sales within the Scottish Regions and will plan your sales strategy.
You will need previous experience in the following:
- Book your own appointments and generate leads
- Visiting clients
- Delivering presentation
- Write accurate written quotations
- Ability to close the sale
- Have existing relationships with buyers/procurement teams/senior project managers within construction and demolition sector

Then, this is the opportunity for you!
You need a full UK driving license and be comfortable with traveling to cover the Scottish Regions as this will be your patch. You will also need to visit our offices in Central Scotland a couple of times a week.
In return, you can expect a salary between £35,000 to £60,000 dependent on experience, plus commission (on target earnings circa £20k, however, this is uncapped). You will also receive a car allowance and benefits.
