Assistant Estates Manager (Water Management/Legionella)
East Midlands
Up to £40,000 plus benefits
Assistant Estates Manager required to join a busy site and be he Responsible person for the management of safe practice of water systems in line with HTM04.01/L8.
You will have previous experience of managing legionella across a multi-site portfolio and will be diligent in your approach and have good attention to detail.
You will be customer focused with great communication skills, be customer focused and be adept at using computer systems to keep and maintain accurate record systems.
Responsibilities
- Management of water systems in line with L8
- Set up and maintain planned preventative maintenance programme for L8
- Work closely with your colleagues to ensure all are working with safe practices regarding water hygiene
- Attend client meetings and be well prepared with accurate data reports and response times for the services your team deliver
- Enter accurate information into the CAFM system for water management
- Be the Responsible person for the site.
Skills and experience
- HNC or Equivalent in Building Services or relevant experience and knowledge
- Through knowledge of water systems and the legislation which governs it
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Understanding of the Health and Safety at work Act 1974

This role is paying in the region of £40,000 dependent on experience.
