PRS are currently recruiting for a Porter located in a health centre in Watford for a leading FM client.
You will be providing on site presence to the residents as well as being responsible for the internal management of the building as well as providing a professional service you will also be responsible for the light cleaning of the site internally and externally.
Your main duties will be -

Your main duties will be -
- Front of house
- Sweeping of leaves
- General concierge duties
- Dealing with all residents
- Vacuum carpets and mats
- Cleaning and dusting of windows
- Patrols of building to ensure security
- Checking of lights and replacing bulbs
- Sweep down and clean rear staircases
- Removing site rubbish to the refuse area
- Ensure all entrance and exit doors are kept closed
- To contact residents with internal notices regarding works inside the building
- Monitor alarm and entry door workings and ensure the correct engineers are called
