Walking Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineers
London (City) £36k + Overtime
An established building services company with contracts across London and the south east are currently seeking several additional Walking Mobile Electrical Multi-Skilled Engineers to join their ever-expanding building maintenance portfolio. A very progressive company and leader in a very competitive market is renowned for offering excellent benefits and career progression to their staff.
Based in the Liverpool Street area the Walking Mobile Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance to the M&E services within a portfolio of commercial offices in the City of London region. Candidates applying should ideally have a minimum of City & Guilds Electrical Engineering or equivalent. You also should have a proven track record of carrying out maintenance within the HVAC industry and a working knowledge of: Power, lighting, emergency lighting & fire alarm testing, AHU’s, fan coil units, boilers, air conditioning units, perimeter heating, pumps, valves, plumbing etc.
