Water Treatment/Engineering Maintenance Assistant
NW London £24,000
A leading facilities maintenance company are looking to recruit an experienced engineering maintenance assistant/water treatment handyperson to join their maintenance team based at a site in North West London. As the new development expands the team will increase over the next 12 months so this is not a position made vacant by somebody leaving.
We are looking for an experienced operative that has previously worked closely as part of a maintenance team, assisting engineers with their daily tasks and reactive repairs as well as carrying out his or her own duties. These works will encompass: Building fabric repairs such as basic carpentry and plumbing, painting and decorating, patchwork plastering, emergency lighting tests, recording hot and cold water temperatures, filter changing etc.
Basic salary £27,000
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Good Overtime opportunities
25 days holiday

Ideally water treatment & L8 experience required.
