Multi trade operative –
We have an opportunity for a Carpenter - Working foreman to join a busy reactive maintenance contracts ASAP. The role is to cover areas within Bournemouth, carrying out maintenance on occupied properties.
We are looking to speak to tradesman in Bournemouth, Southampton, Weymouth areas.
Applicants will need to have a strong trade background in carpentry and be able to carryout various multi trade jobs eg changing taps, toilets in a property, along with flooring, replacing doors, basic tiling. Some expeirence of coordinating materials on jobs, and leading a labourer would be beneficial. This could then lead onto further career progression within the compay.
- All applicants will need to have a qualification - NVQ or City & Guilds.
- It is essential you have a full driving licence.
- This is a full time permanent contract.
This is a reactive maintenance role that can involve quite a bit of travelling, so you will need to be happy to be travelling throughout your working day, you will be provided a company van and fuel card.
