We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Facilities Management Organisation for a Head of Estates role to work on a Healthcare contract in the Midlands. This is a full time Permanent role

As the Head of Estates, you will be responsible for the Estates Operational Team and the maintenance service of the Facilities Management Contract.
The ideal candidate will have a mechanical or electrical qualification and previous experience working as a Head of Estates on a PFI Healthcare contract.
