I am currently working with a in the provision of FM Services to recruit an experienced soft services manager with a strong background in the delivery of soft services on a large PFI healthcare site. This is a great opportunity
The role:
- Account Manager for a leading FM service Provider
- Working across one large hospital
- Reporting into the Account Manager delivering services across a healthcare contract
- Working closely with the client daily and managing the relationship between the client and service provider
- Ensuring a high level of services is maintained
- Management of a team delivering cleaning and catering services across health care sites
- Budgetary responsibility for your portfolio
- Services delivered are cleaning/catering/waste/pest control
- Continually review current processes and working practices and actively encourage an environment of innovation and continuous improvement, previous experience needs to be proven

- Leading FM Service provider
The Candidate:
- Experience within a similar role with strong FM service provider background
- Extensive experience in managing the delivery of a cleaning operation
- Team management experience across multiple sites
- IOSH/NEOSH
- BICS or any other relevant cleaning qualifications desirable
- Experience with client relationship management a must
- Strong and effective communication skills and relevant people management skills
- Flexibility to work out of hours
- Forward thinking
- Strong P&L experience
- Experience on a large footfall/multiple site a huge advantage
- Dynamic and organised and enthusiastic
- Full UK driving License
- Lives in Oxford or surrounding area.
