Property Manager – Spain
One of our clients’ who operates mid and long term rental agreements properties is in the process of expanding their portfolio by investment and acquisition in key cities across Spain.
They are looking to strengthen their teams by adding talented Property Managers.
The role
- Management of your property or portfolio of properties
- Operate within set budgets for all requirements of maintenance and services
- Ensuring that safety inspections are carried out in line with current legislation
- Responding quickly to urgent maintenance issues, and ensuring that tenants safety is not compromised
- Engage and oversee contractors and repairs
- Work closely with Property Analyst and Sales Agents to ensure highest performance for your property
The candidate
- 3+ years’ experience as a Property Manager
- Experience managing multiple residential properties
- Passionate about delivering great customer service
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and oral communication).
- Fully up to speed with property and lettings legislation
- Good personality and great common sense
- A good team player who maintains a positive attitude
- Excellent computing skills
