Property Analyst – Spain
Based in Madrid
One of our clients’ who operates mid and long term rental agreements properties is in the process of expanding their portfolio by investment and acquisition in key cities across Spain.
They are looking to strengthen their teams by adding property analysts.
In essence, the role is to provide financial background analysis (projections, business plans, action plans, etc) to the property managers in order to best manage the portfolio.
Experince and skills sought:
- A business degree, ideally from a Grandes Ecoles
- Previous experience in a similar role within an Investment firm or Real Estate / Property Management group.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and oral communication).
- Excellent computing skills
