Job Title: European Operations Training Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (Depending on experience)
Location: London based but with travel to EU
We are recruiting for this role through COVID-19 and our client is currently interviewing for this position
Who will you be working for?
A premium restaurant brand who are looking to grow their portfolio across the UK and Europe.
What are we looking for?
A dynamic and adaptive European Operations Training Manager from a premium branded restaurant group who will drive excellence across their European estate. The right candidate will have an operational background and have extensive experience in leading and co-ordinating training initiatives to develop a culture of compliance across their UK & EU operations.
The right candidate must:
- Currently be a training manager for a branded restaurant group
- Be bi-lingual – preferably English/French or German
- Food Safety level 3/HACCP qualifications
- Skilled at delivering and developing training packages to operations teams of all levels
- Possess strong problem solving and analytical skills with a focus on details and compliance
- Have a strong work ethic with regular European travel and a willingness to work weekends/weekdays/evenings in line with restaurant operational hours
