Hard Services Manager

€65,000 - €75,000
Our client is one of the leading Facility Service providers in Ireland, providing world class services to their customers through a team of quality employees. The Hard Services Manager will report to the Site Facilities Manager and will provide hard services to an esteemed client in the pharmaceutical industry.
Person
- Fully responsible for the implementation and adherence to all Health and Safety legislation.
- You will be responsible for project management, financial control, management of security services.
- Daily management and direction of the workforce and sub-contracted staff.
- Ability to make decisions under pressure and use own initiative
- Ability to form relationships with colleagues and our client
- Customer focused approach with strong attention to detail
- Management of 3rd party specialist vendors
- Create and implement preventive Maintenance schedules and associate job plans.
Experience
- Trade qualification or relevant degree required (mechanical, electrical, chemical or similar)
- 5 years’ experience within the operation and management of services, ideally within a similar environment
- Strong knowledge of site utilities, certifications and control & safety procedures
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience within a GMP environment
- Project Management skills
