Facilities Management (main)
Build Recruitment have been approached by one of our clients looking for three cleaner to work full time on temporary basis for three months, there is a chance this opportunity will lead to a permanent role after this time when the salary will then be £20,385. The role is mobile so you will need a full driving licence. An Enhanced DBS is also required, we can offer to help you with the process of doing this if you don't already have one.
The days of work Monday - Friday 35 hours per week, working any over time if necessary.
Duties include:
- cleaning communal areas as well as accommodation
- glass cleaning
- cleaning kitchen work surfaces and sinks
- carpet cleaning
- graffiti scrubbing
- using chemicals to remove hard stains
- working individually.
- ensuring all surfaces are clean
- ensuring all floors are tidy - either mopped, sweeping or vacuuming
- carry out work to a high standard
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- No criminal convictions
- Chemical competence; the cleaning operative will have an understanding relating to the correct use and dilution of cleaning chemical
- Safe assembly and care of equipment; the cleaning operative will understand the importance of checking and assembling equipment and how to care for equipment
- Storage of equipment and materials; the cleaning operative
Interviews will be held between the 18th and 21st August after this it will be an immediate start
