We are recruiting for experienced and dedicated Plumbers to work on a refurbishment project in the Salford area. The work is the refurbishment and replacement of water services in hotel suites including cisterns, pipework, drainage, toilets, showers and radiators. Including tank and mains fed systems. This is a temporary contract for 2 – 3 months paying £18.00ph – Monday – Friday 40 hours per week
Plumber Main Responsibilities/Duties Include
• The Upgrade and replacement of hotel room services largely cistern, tank, toilet and all associated pipework and drainage
• Safe system and work control system closeout
• hot water, cold water and heating system pipework and equipment
• Ability to work under pressure and multi task
• work to a schedule and follow technical drawings and plans
May involve other plumbing and mechanical works such as:
• Valve and pump work
• Drainage
• Tank and gravity systems
• Mains fed and closed systems
• Radiator and heating system work
• Non-Gas/Oil Boiler work (wet aspects)
• Leak identification and repair
• Water feed distribution and extension
• L8 regulation and “dead leg” removal
• cold and hot feeds
• flow and returns
Plumber Qualifications / requirements
• City & Guilds in Plumbing or NVQ Level 3
• Ideally CSCS or H&S training and certification
• Experience of commercial plumbing and refurbishment works
• Able to work from technical drawings and plans
• Able to work to set schedules and to a high standard
