My client are a well respected Facilities Management Contractor with a reputable contract in the Berkshire area and are looking to employ an Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer to work on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
Responsibilities include
Essential Requirements
Responsibilities include
- To attend and complete reactive electrical works within their Service Level Agreements for Attendance, Response and Completion
- Responsible for maintaining electrical installations, repairs and maintenance to M&E Plant and Building Fabric
- Completing Planned Maintenance in line with SFG20 and HTM Guidelines
- Complete proactive inspections, remedial repairs and installations
- To provide support to the wider engineering team in the event of an emergency
- To support in providing cost information for chargeable electrical works on site
- To provide updates on a regular basis to ensure the CAFM System is up to date
- Carry out daily checks of plant rooms and equipment
- Attend training scheduled by the Management Team
- Provide regular hazard reporting for the site on a weekly basis
- Conduct preventative maintenance and fault diagnosis and manage the corrective action and reports/quotations required
- Support and facilitate technical sub-contractors during planned or reactive service visits and minor works while ensuring they confirm to the site procedures and agreed risk assessments & method statements
Essential Requirements
- Fully Qualified Electrician to NVQ Level 3
- 18th Edition (17th Edition would be accepted)
- Experience within Facilities Management & M&E Maintenance
