Multi Trade Operative – Cornwall
Multi Trade Operatives required on a maintenance contract covering Cornwall. Applicants will ideally have a main trade, Carpentry or Plumbing and be able to turn your hand to general building. Own tools and van is essential. Business mileage is claimable, and competitive hourly rate on a self employed basis.
Previous experience working on social housing contracts, schools maintenance would be beneficial.
