Building Surveyor - Legal Disrepair Cases - Excellent Long Term Freelance Opportunity

Our client, a housing refurbishment contractor based in the South East, are looking for an experienced Building surveyor to join their decent homes project in East London.
Within this role you will be expected to look in to legal disrepair cases, the majority of the works will be damp and structural projects. You will be responsible for carrying out the surveys, assessing what work needs to be done and then passing this information over to the projects team to deliver.
If applying for this position you should have a strong building knowledge as well as a good commercial knowledge, you must be able to work on your own accord and within a team and be IT literate to maintain property information.
To apply for this role you MUST have;
- A minimum of five years building surveying experience - planned works and legal disrepair cases
- BSC Building surveying qualification or equivalent
- A full clean driving Licence
- Your own vehicle
