Our client is a property company. Due to current growth it is looking to hire a Facilities Assistant to carry out site audits and checks across circa 30 commercial sites across the Midlands and South.

As the Facilities Assistant, you will work on the road and travel to each property to ensure that the maintenance technicians have carried out all their tasks on time and that tenants and clients are happy.

The Facilities Assistant will also check when tenants vacate a premises, what minor works need doing to the site before new tenants move in. You will also ensure that all the buildings’ compliance is up to date and monthly tests have been carried out.

This is a key role to our client’s business and the Facilities Assistant will report into the Facilities Director. Interested applicants must have a proven track record of operating within the Facilities Management industry and have a basic understanding of hard services.  You must also be happy to travel.
