Our client is an established FM Service Provider that has a strong presence in the public sector. It is currently looking to hire a Building Services Manager to run the hard services at a hospital in Wickford, Essex.
As the Building Services Manager, you will be responsible for the hard FM delivery to the estate and oversee a team of engineers and all sub-contractors. In addition, the Building Services Manager will be the main point of contact for all client liaison, meetings, and all the contracts’ financials like the P&L.
The Building Services Manager will report into the company COO and have dotted line and support from the Operations Manager. The successful Building Services Manager must have a proven track record in a similar role, proving they have strong people management skills, client relationship building skills, commercial awareness, and a strong engineering background.
You will hold all relevant electrical qualifications and have worked a Supervisor as a minimum.

- 37.5 hr week, (Mon-Fri)
