Our client is a lovely mid-sized FM Service Provider that delivers hard and soft services to its client on a national basis. It is currently looking to hire a proven Soft Services Manager for a new contract it has in Warrington, Manchester.
As the Soft Services Manager, you will oversee the cleaning to this latest contract. The end user is a manufacturing site, your team will consist of 15 cleaners that cover a day and evening shift, ensuring that 3 large warehouses are maintained clean as well as the service lines and machines are also properly cleaned.
The Soft Services Manager must have a proven track record of managing large teams of cleaners and delivering this service stream in a manufacturing environment. The successful Soft Services Manager must have excellent organisational skills and strong client relationship building skills. Knowledge of catering would be desirable but not essential.
The employer is offering:
- £25,000 - £30,000

This is lovely new role for a Soft Services Manager who would like the autonomy of running their own contract and P&L.
