Our client is a successful and established FM Service Provider with a strong presence and expertise in delivering hard services to the retail sector. It is currently looking to hire a proven Operations Director.
As the Operations Director you will oversee 4 national accounts with a value of circa £65m+, you will have 4 direct reports (Account Managers) and their sizable hard services teams.
The successful Operations Director must have a proven track record in a similar role and be able to operate at a high level and equally manage at the ground level. You must have the experience and ability to liaise with the company’s board of directors as well as your client’s senior management team. In addition, you must be a strong operator at all levels and not be afraid to roll up your sleeves.
The Operations Directors must have a keen eye and attention to detail, be commercially astute, able to react in the fast-paced environment that is retail and have experience of managing multiple large-scale clients. Finally, it is important that you can be strategic and have a good understanding of business.
