I am currently working with a leader in the provision of FM Services to recruit an Estates Delivery Manager, the client is an integrated service operating on a secure contract in South East London. The FM Estates Delivery Manager is responsible for monitoring all aspects of supplier performance against the contractual SLA’s and KPIs. Working to identify corrective actions to address poor performance to encourage overall continuous improvement of services provided to the clients and their estate.

To fully integrate with the client and support all aspects of their business, delivering against the client values and objectives.

The role:

  • Take full ownership and responsibility of management and performance of FM Supply Chain services within a designated portfolio of sites with the client estate.
  • Building a strong working relationship with the client
  • Working closely with the client daily and managing the relationship between the client and service provider
  • Ensuring a high level of services is maintained
  • Management cleaning services and M&E
  • To carry out formal joint site inspections (planned; proactive and reactive) with the client and/or suppliers to monitor standards in accordance with contractual requirements; identity; record and close out all corrective actions on agreed action log
  • Responsible for keeping with Health & Safety agreements as well as promoting new initiatives
  • Continually review current processes and working practices and actively encourage an environment of innovation and continuous improvement from data gathered.

The Candidate:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Facilities Manager
  • Strong FM background and understanding
  • Experience working for an FM Service provider/integrated service provider
  • Previously held budgetary responsibility
  • Need to be able to complete High levels 0f security clearance on site which will be carried out by the company
  • Good Health and Safety background with qualifications  
  • Previously lead and managed FM operatives/teams
  • Client facing individual, able to demonstrate previous experience of developing and managing client relationships
  • Experience in additional/small project works advantageous
  • Commercially and financially astute
