Compliance Manager - Gas, Fire Safety & M&E Projects - Excellent Permanent Opportunity

Our client, a housing maintenance and refurbishment contractor based in the South East, are currently looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to join their planned maintenance division.
Within this role, you will be responsible for M&E, Fire Safety, Gas and Leigonella works. You will be responsible for leading the compliance team in ensuring that the works being carried out comply with statutory obligations and industry standards to ensure a safe working environment on site.
Your team will consist of management and office staff and you will work closely with the operational team too. You will be responsible for ensuring your team meets targets and KPI's that are set, liaising with the client over works and compliance on site.
To apply for this role, you MUST have the following;
- A minimum of five years experience managing M&E, Fire Safety and Gas compliance in the housing sector
- A Full Clean Driving Licence
- Your own vehicle
- A proven track record of managing and delivering compliance works within the housing sector
