Domestic Gas Contract Manager - Repairs & Breakdowns - Great Permanent Opportunity

Our client, a national housing maintenance contractor based in the South East, currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Gas Contract Manager to join their housing maintenance division.
This role will be on a new, long term partnering framework. You will be responsible for a large team of supervisors, engineers and office staff delivering breakdown and repair services to 11,000 properties.
Within the role, you will be tasked with driving your team forward to deliver works to the correct standard, attending progress meetings with clients, ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered too by your team and ensuring targets and deadlines are met.
To apply for this role, you must have the following;
- A minimum of five years experience managing gas install & maintenance teams
- Strong experience within social housing
- ACS Gas Safe
- Nvq in plumbing/or heating
- CCN1 – Core Domestic Gas Safety
- CENWAT – Central Heating Boilers & Water Heaters
- CKR1 – Cookers
- HTR1 – Space Heaters including Gas Fires
- A Full Clean Driving Licence
