Site Manager - Window Replacement & Refurbishment Projects - Excellent Permanent Opportunity

Our client, an established window replacement contractor who are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their growing business.
The company is based in Essex however they have projects across the South East of England. They are experts in fitting Windows, doors and curtain walling in different systems.
My client are looking for someone who has a minimum of five years experience managing and delivering these types of projects, especially in window installation. Within this role you will be responsible for managing day to day operations across different projects, health and safety on site, managing a team of direct operatives on site and liaising with clients about works in progress.
To apply for this role you must have the following;
- A minimum of five years experience delivering window installation projects
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
- A full clean driving licence and your own vehicle
