Account Director – Corporate Soft Service Provider – London, £100-120k
The Company
Our client who are a large global FM service provider are looking for an experienced Global Account Director to deliver Soft FM services. The core of the portfolio is London, with national and international travel.
The Role:
- The role is to lead and develop the account while ensuring the Soft FM services are well run, maintained and provide a great experience for the client.
- Team management
- Financial P&L performance
- KPI Management
- Project Management
- Change Management
- Developing relationships with the client
- The role will manage a large team of site and regional managers which will require a strong individual.
- You will have experience in both hard and soft services and can demonstrate nurturing demanding clients
The Successful Candidate
- The ideal candidate will come from a large service provider with experience of self delivered and sub-contracting
- Management of contracts with a £40m or above
- Excellent communication and client development skills
- IFM experience is essential preferred in Corporate environment
- MUST HAVE EXPEREINCE IN GLOBAL MARKETS
