Job Title: Facilities and Property Manager

Sector: Property – Restaurant Group

Salary: £35,000pa +

My client is a fast paced, growing hospitality group with a number of headline restaurant and bar sites across the city. Due to their continued growth and scheduled openings, they are now looking to appoint a dynamic individual to oversee the estate across Facilities and Property.

This is a juicy 360 degree Facilities and Property Manager role that will require someone with boundless energy and significant experience within restaurant / hospitality property management.

The incoming candidate will report directly to the commercial director and co-founders and will need to work collaboratively with both the finance and operations teams.

Key areas of responsibility


  • Day to Day Site Management
  • QS / New Build project Management
  • Procurement & Contract Negotiation
  • Asset Management and admin

Ideal candidate will:


  • Have experience working in multi-site facilities, estate and new build/project management in the hospitality industry
  • Have experience in the management of external suppliers, contractors and consultants covering a range of services
  • Have experience in management and coordination of health and safety procedures
  • Be conversant with facilities documentation including operation and & maintenance manuals, CAD drawings / GA’s, engineer reports, compliance certificates and predictive preventative maintenance planners
  • Have experience working in a project environment and the handover of new schemes 
  • Have exceptional listening and communication skills and be highly adept at planning with great organising abilities
  • Be highly numerate and able to analyse data quickly, forecast spend and create budgets accurately
  • Have best in class attention to detail: ensure all contracts are fully delivered, and invoices reconcile fully vs. quotes
  • Be a strong negotiator, able to put across your views assertively and professionally
  • Have a hands-on attitude with a natural curiosity to learn and understand how things work with a focus on sharing good practices and continuous improvement
  • Have some CAD experience
  • Be proficient with excel and any other relevant budget and suppler management software

The Facilities and Property Manager will lead all relationships with contractors, M&E, kitchen, electric, utility suppliers etc. An ideal candidate will have some/all of: project management, facility management, CDM and QS experience in the hospitality industry.

RCIS qualification is advantageous, but not essential
