The Role: Mobilisation Manger
Location: Nationwide
Sector: Property / Accommodation
Salary: £Excellent
My client is shortlisting for this role and we will be screening / briefing on position closer to the start date in June.
As the owner of a significant portfolio that continues to grow, this ambitious company is changing the way people live work and play. With new developments reaching the most critical pre-opening stages we are looking for a dynamic Mobilisation / Openings Manger to keep them on target for delivery over the next 12 – 24 months.
This company own a prestigious and cutting edge portfolio, offering a full range of services to clients while ensuring a personal touch at each unique development.
Key Candidate Attributes: -
- An ability to inspire and lead a team to deliver
- Excellent planning, organisational and prioritisation skills with a ‘hands on’ approach
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to run multiple projects
- Ability to liaise and build relationships with external contractor
- At ease working under pressure
- Experience of overcoming last minute changes or developments and unique requests
- Proactive, forward thinking and resourceful
- An acute eye for ‘attention to detail’
- Excellent communicator, strong collaborator with highly tuned influencing skills
- Successfully managed budgets, resources and tight deadlines
- Knowledge and a responsible attitude to Health & Safety
- Strong IT skills and familiarity with the Google suite is desirable but not essential
- Experience of working in a branded service environment would be a benefit
- Previous experience of working in a mobilisation / pre-opening role within the hospitality, leisure, hotel or tourism sector
- Full driving licence
