We are currently looking to recruit a Lead Engineer, to work on behalf of our client across a large transport contract within the M25.
Working for a globally renowned facilities management company that can offer great career progression on a contract with great stability during such uncertain times.
Job Details

- Monday to Friday - 8AM / 5PM
- £35K - 36K
- Health Insurance, 25 Days Holidays & other benefits

Job specific accountabilities
- Undertake any other tasks that may arise from time to time
- Ensuring all your allocated activities are completed to cost, timescales and appropriate quality standards as required.
- Be conversant with current Health & Safety legislation with relevance to safe working practices and attend tool box talks
- Liaise and co-ordinate site activities associated with services for which you are responsible, i.e. labour planning and ordering of materials.
- Take ownership of the clients' needs and pursue good communications with the customer in order to build a stable relationship
- Show enthusiasm and energy about your work.
- Be proactive with regard to preventative maintenance and extra works
- Ability to build positive relationships with the client
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications / Experience
- NVQ level 2/ 3 or equivalent in an electrical/mechanical capacity.
- Good knowledge of building services, due to the complexity of some site.
- Experience of engineering service maintenance in a critical environment
- Experience of electrical installations.
- Excellent team working, customer care and problem-solving capabilities
- Must be able to obtain a level of security clearance
