Project Manager/Facilities Co-Ordinator
Pangbourne
£35,000- £40,000
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an extremely client facing Project Manager/Facilities Co-Ordinator based on a large site in Pangbourne for one of the UK's leading facilities management companies.
The successful candidate will work alongside the Facilities Manager in order to liaise with the client to ensure the smooth running of the site.
This could involve tasks such as updating the internal notification system, presenting data to the client and producing financial forecasts, weighing in on Health and Safety issues and managing the end to end process from their employer back to the client.
The role will require the following:
- The ability to analyse and manipulate data into graphs and figures present to the client on a weekly basis
- Knowledge of Microsoft office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- A Technically competent person with scoping and specification of projects.
- Projection of timelines for work.
- Financial background/knowledge highly desirable
- Health and Safety knowledge highly desirable
