A Managing Agent is seeking someone who wants to take there next step in Facilities to join their Facilities team supporting the daily operation of a portfolio in excess of 700,000 sq ft.
You will be the first point of contact for the site and deal with any issues that may arise and then raising the necessary jobs with service partners.
Daily responsibilities will include being first port of contact for any help desk queries liaison with service partners making sure that all risk assessments and method statements are completed and filed before works are carried out, producing monthly reporting on service partner performance and dealing with any service partner invoicing, keeping the H&S platform updated, raising PO's and instructing and chasing up works.
There will also be a lot of direct communication with tenants on site both verbal and written so it is important that these are strong. The role does require an individual that is very customer centric and organised.

Experience working for a service provider,client side, managing agent or developer operator is key to this role.
