Our client is a highly respected Facilities Management company that operates on a national basis in a range of markets. They are looking for an experienced, Facilities Management Sector, Sale Director that is focused and experienced in both customer expansion and new business.
Role
- Working closely with and alongside the Managing Director to ensure targets are set with a clear path for growth implemented and filtered down through your team.
- As well as being hands-on and successfully managing accounts, you will lead the team of hungry, motivated Sales Manager & BDM
- Responsible for performance and development of a growing team
- You will understand and be an experienced professional in the facilities management sector,
- Having proven yourself in customer engagements, to include new business identification, commercial management, bidding and presenting to customers to win confidence and contracts.
- The business is multi discipline based and has customers across the UK
- You must fully understand and be immersed in the facilities management industry to be considered
- 10 years sales’ experience in either: FM or similar with UK reach
- Minimum of 5 years’ in a Sales Director or similar role.
- Creative, passionate and well-driven
- You will be able to take up the challenge, think outside the box and implement a strategy that will deliver results through the sales team and clients alike.
- Ability to take a planned, data-oriented and analytical approach, including a transparent and accurate forecasting process;
