The Role: Caravan Park Manager
Location: Bath
Sector: Travel, Leisure & Tourism
Salary: £30,000pa
I am looking for an energetic and customer-centric Manager to oversee the smooth running of a busy and popular caravan park just 2 miles from Bath City centre.
The ideal candidate will have significant hospitality or leisure management experience and be a natural people person. With a team of 8 staff to manage and in excess of 80 short stay pitches it will be a demanding yet rewarding role in a wonderful setting.
If you are looking for a role that takes you outdoors and away from the confines of four walls, this could be the one for you!
The company have seen significant reinvestment recently and have undergone an excellent rebranding initiative. This has allowed them to focus on company culture and customer satisfaction and they are the key areas that drive successful delivery for them.
You will need to be out-going and friendly as well as being highly organised. Taking pride in what you do and valuing every conversation will bring success and happiness in this role. You must enjoy being busy and be able to forge strong relationships. The proven ability to manage P&L is also required.
