Job Title: General Manager
Salary: Up to £30,000 + Bonus
Location: Brighton
We are very pleased to be working with a highly successful London-based bakery making a move to the coast!
They are known for their training, culture and generous bonus scheme! If you are a manager working in a branded coffee or food business within a high-volume location, then we want to talk to you! We’re looking for big personalities with a passion for hospitality!

The General Manager Role!
- Provide training and development for staff
- Leading from the front and keeping all company paperwork in check including H&S/financial audits.
- Maintain an exceptional level of standards whilst providing quality food and outstanding guest experience
- Ensure staff and logistics are in place to ensure a speedy but quality service
- Adhere to budgets & KPI’s (Labour/Wastage/GP)
