The Role
I am seeking a Technical Services Manager (Facilities) with experience in critical and corporate environments, to join a world-leading service-provider on one of their flagship accounts. You’ll operationally lead a large team of day and shift engineers, supervisors and managers in delivering planned and reactive maintenance as well as small projects, to a flagship building in Canary Wharf. This is a critical financial site, so technical qualifications and AP status are as important as presentation and a client facing personality.

Required Attributes
- HNC/HND or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline – preferably electrically biased.
- HVAP status
- Experience in building maintenance in critical/banking environments; shutdowns, HV/LV switching all desired.
- Previous experience managing large teams in a similar environment; a proven ability to instil focus, work ethic and standard of delivery to large teams of operatives.
- A client facing manner and personable attitude.
