£70k + package
Lead Workplace Change role for a global real estate business. You will need 7+ years' experience working in workplace change management programmes and the ability to take the lead for the full life cycle of a workplace change programme from pitch to delivery.
You will need to live and breathe change management and have a core understanding of workplace strategy and the importance of change management from a people, behavior, communication and business impact perspective. Workplace transformation experience is essential
