Lead Asbestos Surveyor - Position Overview
We are seeking BOHS P402 qualified asbestos surveyors to conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a wide range of domestic and iconic commercial properties in Bristol and surrounding areas.
Additional duties will include completing asbestos survey reports and drawings using the company software, collecting data via tablets, building and maintaining client relationships plus providing specialist advice and technical support when required.
Responsibilities
- The surveyor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the survey process once on site. Assessing the site for additional risks leasing with the client to ensure all areas of the area to be inspected are accessible.
- Agreeing and deviations from the agreed scope of work.
- Leading the survey and mentoring trainee surveys when the need is required.
What we are looking for
- BOHS P402 (or equivalent) qualification
- Full UK license and a flexible approach to commute and out of hours work
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages + Asbestos data collection software
- Experience in collecting data using hand-held mobile devices

- Salary: £28,000 - £31,000
- 25 Days holiday + Bank holidays
