Customer Services Advisor / Helpdesk Administrator -
On going temporary position
£9.89 per hour
Our client is looking for an experience Customer Services Advisor / Helpdesk Administrator to join their team based in a large hospital in Portsmouth
Working as part of a buddy system, you will work alongside a team to cover the desk between the hours of 6am and 10:30 pm Monday - Sunday
You must be flexible to cover the 7.5 hr shifts
Day to day duties;
- Deal with enquiries via telephone and email including switchboard and general admin
- Office Coordination
- Update any office logs on a daily basis
- Ensure all hospital procedures are followed accurately across the site
Key Skills;
- Good computer skills
- Attention to detail to process quotations and orders accurately
- Professional telephone manner and strong communication skills
- Enthusiastic attitude and self-motivated
- Experience or Knowledge within the FM business is beneficial but not essential
