The Role: Property Lifecycle Manager
Sector: Property – Student Accommodation
Location: Manchester – Salford Keys – M50
Salary: Highly Competitive
Our client provide and manage Student Accommodation for over 13,000 people and are very well regarded in the field. Due to their continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Property Lifecycle Manager to join their team in Manchester.
All about you:
You will be dynamic and resilient and capable of reporting to the board of executives with confidence and clarity. Ideally you will have a degree level qualification in either Building Surveying or Quantity Surveying and will come with an exceptionally commercial mind set. Your previous experience will be such that you are comfortable with complex lifecycle costing plans (LCCP’s) and able to work across a large estate and take full responsibility for calculations and questions that may arise.
The Role:
This is a very demanding role in a fast paced and dynamic environment that is constantly changing. It will also be very rewarding for someone who has high energy levels, a positive outlook and gives exceptional attention to detail. The role works closely with teams across capital works, operations and procurement and reports into the Head of Estates. It is essential that you have worked in a similar role previously and the nature of the business require you to own and drive your own vehicle.
