My client a Developer seeks an FM with experience in looking after 6/8 Office Buildings. You will be responsible for sites located within the M25.You will liaise with service partners on a daily basis. Another key part of the role will involve very close tenant engagement and providing a good level of customer focused service.
You will report to a Head ofFM and there is certainly scope to grow and develop too.
You will be responsible from managing any project works on site from cradle to grave and appoint relevant contractors.
You will also have an IOSH/NEBOSH and already be setting and managing service charge budgets.
