We are currently looking for dynamic and ambitious individuals to work a growing family run business that specialises in property maintenance.
The role itsself will be a Team Leader or Repairs Supervisor to work on a reactive maintenance contract in West London.
The role will involve -
- supervisor a team of operatives,
- conducting regular health and safety checks
- monitoring productivity of the staff and maximising opportunity
- Leading by example and sharing the company values
- pre and post inspections on jobs as and when required
- problem solving
