£35k - £40k salary plus £4k car allowance

We have the Regional Facilities Manager role for you…

In your new RFM role you'll be the face of our business on client site, the first point of call for all their TFM service delivery and the person on the ground developing projects that are going to improve their portfolio. This is a newly mobilised account for us but we've been brought in with the specific remit to evolve their estate, increase efficiency and develop a strong working relationship between us and a worldwide professional services brand - you'll be front and centre of this.

Whilst that does mean there'll be an element of finding your feet initially and breaking new ground with clients, what new job doesn't have that? On the plus side this is our new marquee contract so it's a great opportunity for you to make a name for yourself with us and develop your career.

As Regional Facilities Manager you'll be working across the South West covering around 15 commercial sites keeping part of this fast-paced portfolio up and running on a daily basis from a hard and soft services perspective. You'll also get involved in project work relating to asset management, procurement and optimising our CAFM system. We're going to support your professional growth so are happy to help you every step of the way.

To hit the ground running in this RFM role you will need experience looking after multiple sites before and really enjoy delivering great service in a customer-focused FM environment. A background working for a TFM provider would be a bonus. As there will be an element of travel involved (hence the car allowance) so you will need a UK driving licence.
