Project Manager – Salesforce – IT
The Role: Project Manager / Application Implementation
Location: London
Salary: Up to £50,000
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN MANAGING SALESFORCE IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT IS A MUST!!!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains business efficiency by planning and implementing business systems.
- Lead key projects for the co-working business including an end-to-end Salesforce implementation to provide end-to-end solution for our key processes
- Designs and implements business policies and workflows by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.
- Enable faster and smarter business processes and implement analytics for meaningful insights
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Act as main system point of contact for BAU.
- Protect and ensure data is always properly maintained and the business is using the system according to the procedures.
- Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems that provide commercial advantage for the business
- Nurture dependable IT infrastructure and networking that’s always up and running.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
- At least five years on an as part of an IT team
- At least three years in managerial position (project manager, delivery manager, etc.) managing salesforce implementation projects.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience in Nexudus or other co-working management solutions - Major advantage
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a computer field
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent communication skills
