The Role
A leading global building maintenance service provider are seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee a flagship site in the City of London. You will be managing the planned and reactive maintenance to a site of public interest, with responsibility for approximately 7 maintenance staff, including a supervisor. This is an opportunity for anyone who is looking for a path to progression, with Contract Manager being the next step in 1 to 2 years’ time.
The Company
You will be working for a leading global service provider in the facilities/building services sector; they operate all over the UK, delivering hard and soft services to a range of clients in the public, commercial and corporate sectors.
Required Attributes
- Electrical Engineering qualification; C&G or equivalent.
- 5 years’ experience in building services/facilities.
- Experience managing engineers.
- A client facing attitude.
- Experience providing quotes for works.
