Job Title: General Manager
Salary: Up to £45,000
Location: London
One of the key top players in the central London dining scene – this is a brand you would be aware of and excited to work for if you enjoy the rush of a busy challenging business that can provide a great progression path on top of a HIGHLY competitive financial package. This is a business where confidence, leadership & a hospitality charm is key. This is a service focused role – not an office role in any way shape or form. We are looking for service-focused operators with a keen eye for detail & phenomenal on the spot decision making. If this sounds like you – have a read below.
General Manager Role!
- Provide constant training and development for your team.
- Be a brand ambassador reflecting the service focused ethos of the brand.
- Deliver consistent level of standards whilst providing quality food and outstanding guest experience.
- Ensure staff and logistics are in place to ensure a speedy but quality service.
- Management of high-volume bookings, table turns & venue logistics.
- Take a lead on recruitment to ensure the right people are in your business.
- Ensure security of venue & tight cash controls.
- Stock management, analysis & controls.
