My client is an independent company that focuses on cleaning services for the premium sector in the UK. They consistently deliver high standards of cleaning services to world-class clients in our specialised marketplaces
I am looking for a candidate to manage and lead a team of Cleaning Operatives at one of their most prestigious contracts, ensuring client contract specifications are achieved with timely and accurate reporting to both the Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cleaning Supervisors and operatives to deliver high quality cleaning and specialist operations across sites under your jurisdiction.
- Manage and control the cleaning services to the agreed specification, quality and service standard required by our clients, measured by both qualitative and financial targets.
- Actively enforce relevant statutory, company and site H&S compliance with adherence to site policies to include infection control and monitoring and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
- Liaise and work professionally and personally with all client departments and operatives
- Motivate, manage and lead cleaning operatives and supervisors under your control.
- Identify service improvement opportunities and communicate these to our Contract Manager
- Contain and monitor costs against budgets
- Stock Control, ordering and reviews
- Control of machine inventory, maintenance and repairs
- Communication with and understanding of client and personnel needs
- Ability to be flexible to meet contract needs or changes
